Confirmation of Firearm Legal Eligibility

To own, operate or transact a firearm in Maryland, users must meet legal eligibility requirements.  Prior to handling any firearm during a training course, users must attest to meeting those requirements by signing and submitting this file.  Users are encouraged to download and view the file prior to course sign-up.  See the FAQ for more information.

Accident Waiver and Liability Release

Some courses require students to operate firearms.  Shooting (like other activities such as car racing, skydiving, motorcycle riding etc) are inherently dangerous.  Before any student operates a firearm, the accident waiver and liability release form must be signed and submitted prior to the activity.  Users are encouraged to download and view the file prior to course sign-up.  See the FAQ for more information.
